I spoke with the Why Factor, along with Rufus May, Elisabeth Svanholmer, Peter Bullimore, Angela Woods and many others, to explore some common questions about hearing voices.
The show was intended for people who don’t know much about the topic, but may carry some stereotypes or ideas that aren’t so accurate. For me, the ‘why’ question is a bit of a red herring … there are so many potential reasons, and each of us in an individual that finding a ‘one size fits all’ answer is impossible. I’m much more interested in hearing about what it feels like to hear voices and the many different ways we make sense of these experiences. Fortunately, this podcast covers these topics too.
